Resolutions have a bad reputation. Mainly because most of us don’t follow through with the lofty ideas that swirl in our brains on January 1st. So hell with resolutions.
But here’s the thing. I do have goals. Every year I have goals. And a lot of those goals I’ve achieved over the years. Some my little milestones you know about (cause duh, Facebook) and some of my new goals are on the radar for completion in 2017. The goals I’m going to accomplish this year are things I’ve slowly plugged away at. I can’t wait to share some of those this year. But all in good time. Patience. That’s a thing I’ve worked on a lot and it can be very rewarding.
SO if you have a goal for 2017 take a look at that map up there. That’s the way I’ve moved forward and progressed with my goals.
Try it. Map out the next TWO WEEKS and start it today. Sure, health is a goal. We all need to set that priority to be healthier, whatever that is for you. But go deeper. If you are healthier it means you can do more of what? Size doesn’t matter. Numbers are only numbers. STRENGTH, STAMINA, PERSONAL GROWTH! That’s the name of the game in 2017. So here’s to a HAPPY NEW YOU!
